Sally Jones
Founder, Fernforge Growth Advisory
I've spent 15 years inside the problems you're trying to solve
I'm Sally Jones, founder of Fernforge Growth Advisory. I'm not another consultant who hands you a report and disappears. I've been the delivery lead on international projects across sales, marketing, product management, innovation, software development and ICT.
I've set up a sales and marketing department from scratch, built suites of products, and implemented systems into multinational and local businesses on platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle, ServiceNow, Snowflake and PEGA. I was part of the team that delivered More4apps' first suite of cloud products, and I ran an international product release during the Covid lockdown.
Before tech, I grew a school holiday programme from one site and 70 kids to two sites and more than 200. Same lesson every time: get the system right and people can do their best work.
My degrees are in organisational psychology, and that matters more than any platform. The technology is usually the easy part. Getting people to actually use it is where most systems fall over, and that's where I'm at my best.
I'm also a returning guest lecturer at the University of Waikato, teaching Master of Information Technology students about organisational behaviour and collaboration.
When the path is clear, things move.
What you can expect from me
Numbers, not feelings
We decide what to measure up front, and the numbers tell us what's working.
Built with you
I build alongside you and your team, so the system fits how you actually work.
Straight talk
If I'm not the right fit, or you're not ready, I'll tell you. No pressure, ever.
Let's find where your leads are going
The free chat is 30 minutes. It's a proper conversation, not a sales pitch. You'll leave with more clarity than you came in with, whatever you decide next.
- Walk through how enquiries move through your business today
- Spot the most likely place they're leaking
- Agree the one next step that would make the biggest difference
No pressure. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you.
