What your score means

7 or 8: You're in better shape than most. Keep an eye on the one you missed, because that's usually where the next leak starts.

4 to 6: The bones are there, but work is slipping out between the steps. Most established businesses land here, and it's very fixable.

0 to 3: Your pipeline is running on memory and hope. That sounds grim, but it's actually good news. The first fixes are simple, and they tend to pay back fastest.

Where to start

Look at the first statement you didn't tick. The list runs roughly in order, from catching enquiries to following them through. Fix leaks near the top first, because everything below depends on them.

If you're not sure what "fixed" would look like for your business, that's exactly what the free chat is for.
